Lyndy was loved by all that knew her and I was lucky to be able to call her mum. She will be sadly missed but joyfully remembered. As a family, we are thankful to the Rowcroft Hospice at Home team who provided palliative care for mum which allowed us to spend time with her during her last few days. For giving us this opportunity, we are eternally grateful.
